  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all safety seals are intact and the RA number is clearly marked on the outside.

  Ship the Items

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location using the prepaid shipping label provided by our team or your preferred tracked shipping method.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned products, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
